| Details: | SUMMARY: Change of water source DETAILS: Visited system to inspect disconnection of surface water source (Slate Cr.). This source will only be used for the single residence on the property-- the restaurant will be supplied water that is purchased and hauled from the City of Grants Pass. This water is stored in a 2500 polyethylene tank and pumped into the restaurant. ACTION NEEDED: Will enter source change into SDWIS. Wrote owner a letter explaining requirement for monthly coliform sampling because the source of the hauled water is surface water. Will also enter this sampling schedule change into SDWIS. | ||
