| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine taken 10/7/08 +TC and +FC DETAILS: I spoke with Brad at Portland Travel Center about the recent +TC/+FC sample this morning around 11am. He said the lab had notified him about it earlier. I asked if he had any ideas about the cause and he said the sample was collected from a public drinking fountain. I told him that wasnt a good spot. I asked him to do 4 repeat samples as soon as possible and told him that if any are positive (for TC or FC) hell need to do Public Notice/boil water and correct the problem immediately. Also told him that 5 temp routines are required next month. ACTION NEEDED: I left a message with Marion Co. Health Dept and let them know I contacted the system. No further action needed at the moment, just wait to see results of repeat sampling. | ||
