| Details: | SUMMARY: follow up to TCR positive sample DETAILS: I called and spoke with Lucille. The last alert was in September. They did not collect the repeat samples or follow up routine samples. Regarding this alert - she said they were calling the former operator to get assistance. The sample was collected at the holding tank. She did not know the last time the tank had been drained and cleaned. The well pumps directly into the tank. There is no sample tap at the well. She said a repeat sample will be collected on Monday. I did ask her to take 4 repeat samples. ACTION NEEDED: Take 4 repeat samples in October and 5 routine samples in November. I will be sending a follow up letter to the system recapping the coliform rules and sampling guidelines. | ||
