Details: SUMMARY: Positive routine sample for total coliform DETAILS: 7/25/08 contacted office at country estates. 7/28/08 Received a call from the operator, Paul Anderson, he stated 4 repeat samples have been taken. 7/29/08 Received call from Paul Anderson stating the system is being shocked and will be flushed and a special will be taken to confirm shock worked. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 routine samples in August.
