| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform for routine sample DETAILS: On 8/22/08 the KCEHD received a water quality alert for a positive total coliform sample. I spoke with Mark Keith on the phone that day and he informed me that someone from Coffey Labs takes the water samples for that system. I called Coffey Labs in Portland and was referred to a Pyxis Water Lab representative from the Redmond area, who confirmed that the water sample was taken on 8/20/08 ACTION NEEDED: The Pyxis water lab representative stated that the water lab will take four repeat water samples and five routine water samples in September. If one of more of the repeat water samples come back as positive corrective action and Public Notice are required. | ||
