| Details: | SUMMARY: TC + for routine sample taken 8-4-08 DETAILS: 8-5-08 Left message for Larry regarding positive samples. He needs to perform 4 repeats to verify. I also told Larry to call this office as to why so many samples have come back positive. 8-15-08 Steve Dahl spoke to Larry about the positive samples and Larry felt that the operator is not using proper sampling technique. All 4 repeats pulled on 8-7-08 were negative. Larry will take further steps to be sure the proper sampling procedures are followed in the future. ACTION NEEDED: Will continue to monitor the situation. | ||
