| Details: | SUMMARY: Investigated submittal of coliform sample on an inactive system DETAILS: According to my last contact in August with Rich Callison, Debbie wanted to continue sampling the water even though the number of people at the Powerhouse is now too low to constitute a public water system. When a lab submitted a Sept 2008 test result to DWP for this system, I expected it was because the sample was not marked "Special". Today I spoke to Debbie Spresser, Envir. Coordinator for EWEB, and she said the only reason she started up the sampling was because our earlier letter said that they were out of compliance because of non-reporting. (That was before we had learned that the number of people had dropped at the Powerhouse.) This PWS will remain inactive, and Debbie will discontinue the sampling. ACTION NEEDED: Gave my findings to Roberta L. in Portland office. | ||
