| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform non-reporting DETAILS: Contacted system operator regarding coliform bacteria repeat non-reporting violation for 11-26-07 - 12-12-07 and temporary routine non-reporting violation for 12-1-07 - 12-31-07. Operator was unable to take the 4 repeats until 12/17/07 and then 5 repeats were taken. Operator was unable to take 5 routines before the end of December and then snowy weather conditions prohibited the use of the water system through the end of March 2008. Operator will call me when the system is in use again and he will draw 5 routines and a nitrate sample for 2008 as well. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for call from operator regarding water system use and temporary routine monitoring. Violation corrected on 5/22/08 | ||
