Details: SUMMARY: Sanitary Survey follow up DETAILS: Had to go to park on enforcement & due date on sanitary survey deficiency corrections was past. I again went over the S.S. and corrections needed. Again provided the emergency plan and assessment forms. Discussed what was needed and how to proceed on completion of plans. Made an additional stop on 3/25/08 due to questions about Sanitary Survey. Discussed ERP/VA with manager on 4/7/08. He said he should be done by 4/10/08. ACTION NEEDED: follow up by mid April
