| Details: | SUMMARY: Notification of Coliform Violation DETAILS: Following Violation Validation performed earlier today, this water system had a Violation for too few Coliform samples in September 2008. Additional samples were required in September due to Coliform positive in August. In talking with Pat, he was not sure if the person who was supposed to collect the additional samples did so or not. I suggested he find out and if they did followup with lab to get results to Portland. On the other hand, if they were not collected, nothing to do at this point but to continue collecting monthly samples. Notified Pat that they will need to report Violation in this years CCR. ACTION NEEDED: None at this time. | ||
