Details: SUMMARY: Contacted Brett Machon regarding the non-reporting of nitrates for 2007 DETAILS: Brett thought that the lab monitored for NO3. He will call the lab and follow-up by M/R ASAP if NO3 were not monitored and will report NO3 if they were monitored in 2007. ACTION NEEDED: Violation corrected on 4/30/08 when NO3 sample taken on 11/25/07 was reported.
