| Details: | SUMMARY: Arsenic violation DETAILS: April 2, 2008 I attempted to contact the operator, Sandy Gilman, by phone. I left a message notifying them of the violation and to contact me ASAP. May 7, 2008 I made another attempt to contact the operator. I left a message notifying them of violation and asked her to contact me ASAP. May 7, 2008 I spoke with the operator by phone. I informed Ms Gilman of the arsenic reporting violation. She stated that a lab takes her samples and she will have them test for arsenic if they havent already. ACTION NEEDED: SDWIS now shows arsenic test results received 6/18/08 | ||
