| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation for total coliform DETAILS: Called Mr. Marin twice and visited the restaurant once to no avail. Mr. Marin has not returned my calls. I did leave messages with Mr. Marin regarding the monitoring and reporting requirements for total coliform. In addition I sent him the M/R requirements for transient systems again and discussed this with his son, the manager of the restaurant. LaRoca Restaurant is a SNC. I discussed in detail with Mr. Marin that he needs to M/R quarterly coliform bacteria on time for 6 months in order for the SNC to be resolved. ACTION NEEDED: System monitored TC on 5/2/08 and reported it on 5//6/08. Violation corrected. | ||
