Details:	SUMMARY: TC Positive Alert Response, MCL Violation for Oct. DETAILS: Scott called to let DWP know that four of five routine samples collected 10/14 tested TC positive, so there is an MCL violation for October. The fifth sample, collected at the wellhead, tested absent. Scott plans to chlorinate the reservoir and flush hydrants to get chlorinated water through the system. Scott will collect repeat samples after the chlorine is out of the system. ACTION NEEDED: PWS to collect repeat samples, distribute public notice, collect five routines in November.
