| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert-total coliform DETAILS: Spoke with Fred today regarding recent total coliform present samples. During survey of water system on 10/14/08 Casey Lyon took one routine sample that was present for total coliform. Fred took 4 repeat samples on Friday 10/17, which also showed total coliform present samples. Fred has shocked the system again, this time he removed a suspect bag filter that was in the laundry room. I advised Fred that four more routines are required to be taken in October and five routines will need to be taken in November 2008. I also mentioned that Plan review is needed for the system improvements including a nanofilter that was installed. He said he will contact Marsha Fox to get the plan review process started. ACTION NEEDED: plan review for system upgrades. Four routines in October. Five routines in November 2008 | ||
