| Details: | SUMMARY: M/R violation for ARS 2005-2007 DETAILS: 4/23/08 A message was left for Joe Dawnelle. Jane McCord returned the phone call and said she had taken the sample and sent in the report on time. She has been to the SDWIS website and looked at the system in question. The wrong dates for the sample test are shown. She has contacted the State in the past and no changes have been made. Jane faxed the sample record to Douglas County showing the correct reporting date as 6/15/05, which is within the correct monitoring time-frame. A copy of the report was sent to the state as well. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to submit ARS samples on time. Follow up with the State DW program to ensure accurate records are represented on SDWIS | ||
