Details: SUMMARY: Violation Reportin DETAILS: Discussed with Kathy that the first quarter nitrate test results had not been received. Kathy stated that samples are being taken on a regular basis and test results are to be sent to the DWP and to Leathers Fuel. Kathy will be following up and will send in results. I reminded her that the second quarter ends at the end of June. ACTION NEEDED: The firm needs to continue with quarterly sampling till further notice.
