Details:	SUMMARY: Violation DETAILS: May 28, 2008 I spoke with a representative of Diamond Peaks Resort and Air regarding the lack of water samples being taken thus placing it as SNC status. The man informed me that the water system was closed on October 1, 2007 but re-opened on May 20, 2008. He said that the lack of water sampling was due to their discontinued membership with Coffey labs as their water sampling lab. I gave Mark the contact information of two water labs in Klamath Falls: Spring Street Analytical and Klamath Environmental Services. ACTION NEEDED: Need to work with a local water system to get the required number of samples which as a transient non-community system are quarterly coliform and yearly nitrate samples.
