| Details: | Called the contact. The alert came through while I was out of the office. Was notified that a level 1 investigation had been generated. The contact said that she would reach the sampler to see if repeats were taken. She believes that one follow up sample was taken but is not sure if repeats & source were taken. I let her know that if repeats weren't taken, a level 1 investigation will need to be completed. | ||
