| Details: | SUMMARY: Tim called to say water system was not operative in May DETAILS: We discussed the lack of TC monitoring in May because the water system was not accessible due to snow levels. Tim informed me that he is preparing the system for a June 6 opening by flushing the system with chlorine and cleaning the filters, etc. He will monitor during opening week in June. I also discussed the 2M/R violations that the water system received for non-reporting TC in May and August 2007. Linn county does not have a record that we discussed these violations with the system in 2007. The system was operating during May and August 2007 and Tim assures me that he has results from May 2007 and will fax them to me ASAP. Tim states that the August sample was not taken due to the fact that he was sent to Iraq and no one else knows how to sample. We discussed designating an assistant operator for the system. ACTION NEEDED: Left a message with Chuck Michael regarding this situation and asked for a violation waiver for May 2008. Confirm that this will happen by May 28, 2008 | ||
