| Details: | SUMMARY: ERP Field consultation DETAILS: Met with Sunny onsite and gave him a binder with the state model ERP template. We went through it page by page and I answered his questions about filling it out. I gave him a copy of the erp completion verification form and an addressed envelope to send it to DHS when ERP is completed. ACTION NEEDED: Operator to contact me to review completed ERP. | ||
