Details: SUMMARY: Contact Tracer Study DETAILS: The Oceanside WD owns and operates a Surface Water System. The District supplies water to 375 full-time residents through 750 connections. This includes services to the communities of Oceanside and Cape Mears. The high number of second homes accounts for the low resident to connection ratio. The system treats water from Short Creek through a packaged rapid sand filter plant. Water is pumped from the clearwell to two separate reservoirs. System contacted HBH to provide a contact tracer study for the system. I visited system to set up the study. Reservoir flow meter was not yet operating correctly, so no data collection was completed. ACTION NEEDED: Perform CT Testing
