| Details: | SUMMARY: LT-2 ESWTR Assistance DETAILS: PWS did not submit the LT-2 ESWTR plan I prepared that was due by July 1, 2008, to the USEPA. He thought I would submit the plan for him and I left him the completed plan except for the correct system configuration, which I discussed with Wendy Marshall USEPA for clarification. I left him a phone message with that information in May. PWS is in violation and Karl wanted me to prepare a new plan and send it to him to submit to USEPA.I reviewed my notes from our previous meeting in May and prepared a new plan for him. I called Rory White at Analytical Lab in Eugene to obtain sampling schedule already established. I mailed the plan to him August 25. ACTION NEEDED: None | ||
