| Details: | SUMMARY: Stage 2 DBPR Assistance DETAILS: PWS requested assistance with Stage 2 DBPR Standard Monitoring Plan (SMP) that was due by April 1, 2008. PWS is in violation for not submitting SMP on time. The SMP involves evaluating water quality from several sources in the system to determine sampling sites and schedules for Stage 2 DBPR on 2009-10. I met with Don to provide an overview of the rule and what is required and when. I conducted an initial review of water quality data (chlorine residuals, CT reports, DBP results) along with the distribution map and where Stage 1 samples had been collected. I conducted a final review of water quality data in order to establish samples sites and prepared a SMP and sent it to the city of certified mail for review and submission to USEPA.
