| Details: | LEPH received an email that included a water sample report. Two water samples were taken on 06/18/2018. The first was their routine sample at the Cabin Sink and the second was their source assessment sample at the lower springs. The routine sample was TCR positive and the assessment sample was negative. LEPH contacted Jim Purswell to tell him that he needs to submit three repeat samples. Because he took a source assessment sample on the same day as the routine sample, LEPH did not require him to submit a triggered source sample |
