| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up for non reporting violation DETAILS: Tim called me 5/23/08 to inform me that the system was still snowed in and would not be open until June. Tim was unable to M/R for TC and asked if it could be waived at that time. FI left a message with Chuck Michaels regarding this situation and asked for a violation waiver for May 2008. Chuck said that he could waive the M/R for May and that there would not be a violation. The violation showed up anyway. ACTION NEEDED: Call Chuck Michael at the DWP again regarding the waiver for M/R TC in May. Violation corrected by N/R TC 6/2/08. | ||
