| Details: | SUMMARY: Two missed TC routine samples DETAILS: No sample was reported from this water system for two quarters, so I phoned to find out what is going on. Eric explained there has been some turnover with his on-site manager. I explained what his systems testing requirements are, and that he could opt to have a lab collect the samples rather than having his staff collect them and transport them to the lab. He asked me for more information about that, and I sent him an email with the names and numbers of the labs that collect samples in Lane Co. ACTION NEEDED: Await a TC sample for this quarter (Oct-Dec). | ||
