| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed with Christy that operators have not returned my calls from 7/1/08 & 7/3/08 DETAILS: Christy said that Aaron Evans told her he took 4 repeats last week. She will have Aaron call me so I can discuss the positive sample with him and find out what might of happened. I told Christy that 5 routine samples are due in July. I called Pacific Analytical Lab to find out if repeats ere analyzed and found out that the samples were not taken to their lab. ACTION NEEDED: Christy will confirm if repeat samples have been taken yet and report their results. | ||
