| Details: | SUMMARY: Attempted on 6 separate days to make contact with operator, Jan Day DETAILS: Jan Day was on vacation off and on during the summer months and the school district was having troubles with their phone lines up until early September although Jan Day did tell me that she got a couple of my messages but has just been busy. On 9/11/08 I made contact with Jan and she confirmed that the 5 L&C samples are representative of the plumbing at the school and were drawn according to regulations. I sent Jan a letter describing the requirements regarding WQP M/R and public education. I discussed that fact that the WQP M/R will have to be completed by 9/30/08. She agreed to complete the testing by that date. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results of WQP M/R and copies of the public education materials. | ||
