| Details: | SUMMARY: 4 repeat samples + for TC 3rd quarter 2008 DETAILS: I called Chris on 8/27/08 and asked what they were doing about the detections. He said that Judsons plumbing was out and by passed the old pressure tand and underground storage tank (Chris believes they may be the source of the contamination). One of the positive samples was labeled as taken from the well head but in fact it was taken from the old pump house. Chris said the new well does not have a sample tap on top of the casing. I informed him that a sample tap is required at the well head and should be installed ASAP and a test taken from it. This should be one of the next 4 repeat samples taken. Chris acknowledged this. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on repeat sampling. | ||
