| Details: | Spoke with Brandi with Oregon Drinking Water Service and will take 5 confirmation samples before treatment (raw water) closest to the well today and have tested asap. She will also post a BOIL WATER advisory notice and will go around knocking on doors of residents to notify them of the boil water notice. She is also going to try to fill out a level 2 investigation report so they can try to figure out what is going on. I let her know that a level 2 investigation would be requested, but waiting to hear back from Russ if I need to physically go out and perform it or if she can just fill out the form and send it in. | ||
