| Details: | SUMMARY: 3rd quarter coliform positive for TC DETAILS: The operator reported that the distribution system had been worked on prior to sampling and they had not disinfected the system after the work was complete. The sample was drawn from the office kitchen sink. Jeff shock chlorinated the water system last night and flushed it out this morning. I advised him to wait 4-5 days prior to drawing repeat samples. Jeff called me on 9/3/08 to inform me that all 4 repeat samples were absent for coliform bacteria. I reminded Jeff about the 5 routine samples due in September. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
