| Details: | SUMMARY: GWUDI sampling status DETAILS: On Oct 17th, I received the faxes of lab test results for this PWS from Pyxis Redmond lab. Their monthly GWUDI sampling at the wellhouse/ pumphouse began in April (4-28-08, same date as a routine sample that Pyxis took in the distribution system for the 2nd quarter). I now have GWUDI sample results for April, May, June, and July 2008. These are being kept in the water system file. Pyxis stopped taking GWUDI samples in August without first confirming that course of action with Dave Wellman. Meanwhile, Dave had decided to continue GWUDI sampling this year, to stave off having to do it in the future when other regulations kick in. I checked with Russ Kazmierczak, and he stated he would accept a bit of discontinuity in the GWUDI samples, as long as he receives one sample for each calendar month. In other words, Dave can still take samples representing August and September next year, in 2009. Dave said he intends to go right out and collect an October GWUDI sample himself. ACTION NEEDED: Await GWUDI sample results for October, add to set in file. | ||
