| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed 3 positive repeat TC samples taken on 7/29/08 DETAILS: Three out of 4 repeat samples were positive for TC one at the same site as the routine at Cabin B and the other 2 at Space 30 and Space 1 both of which are vacant. I discussed with Bob how samples should be drawn from a site that is consistently in use. I advised Bob how to shock chlorinate the well and distribution system and faxed a packet of info to him on 8/5/08. I advised Bob to post a PN (template faxed). Bob will fax me a copy ASAP. ACTION NEEDED: Bob will take 5 routine samples 3-5 days after shocking the system. | ||
