| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed alert for positive TC on 8/11/08 DETAILS: Jim did not know why the sample was positive because there was 0.3 ppm chlorine residual reported and the water system is operating correctly. Jim drew the sample in a rush and thinks he might have accidentally contaminated the sample. I talked to Jim about following the sampling plan. He said he was but SDWIS did not reflect that. Jim thought he might have written the home numbers on the lab slip incorrectly. I informed Jim that he would need to follow the sampling plan for repeat sample for routine #1 and report back to me. I mentioned to Jim that he would need to take 5 routines in September if the repeats are positive. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results of repeat M/R | ||
