| Details: | SUMMARY: Finishing the May 2008 WSS questions in person DETAILS: Joe Weiler did not show up for the WSS on May 13, 2008. Someone cleaning the restaurant let Amy Parmenter and myself in to inspect. After that day, I attempted to reach Joe to go over questions several times, but finally found him at the restaurant on 10-23-08. I was able to finish the survey at that time, and even fill out the Coliform Sampling Plan with him. ACTION NEEDED: None | ||
