| Details: | SUMMARY: alert DETAILS: Visited site on 10/14/08 for survey, took coliform sample, it came back present. When I took the sample the chlorine residual was at zero and he was just about to change the cl2 dosing tank. He took four repeats and all were absent. Spoke with Chuck michaels about issue and we agreed to waive the 5 temp routines the following month due to the fact that my original sample was taken at a time when it was not represntative of normal operation, (no chlorine). Gary has since puchased NSF aproved chlorine and is keeping the dosing tank filled. ACTION NEEDED: none at this time. | ||
