| Details: | SUMMARY: TC Positive sample dated 9/12/08 DETAILS: 9-15-08 Tom called to tell me that they had a TC positive and he was in the process of getting 4 repeats. I reminded him to take 5 temporary routine samples next month if the 4 repeats are negative. He will call me if any of the 4 are positive. 9-17-08 I called Tom regarding the Promontory alert and he told me that the 4 repeats were negative. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
