| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform on quarterly sample DETAILS: Sample taken 8/28/08 positive for coliform. Repeat samples taken 8/30 had one positive sample. The system had had some work done on the well since the last sampling. Toni will chlorinate well and distribution system on Wed. night and flush the system Thursday morning. Toni will take a special sample after chlorination and five routine samples in the month of Sept. If all samples are negative the system will return to quarterly sampling. ACTION NEEDED: Chlorinate and take 5 routine sampling in month of Sept. | ||
