Details: SUMMARY: Positive Total coliform TCR DETAILS: Sample taken 8/28/08 positive for total coliform. Meet with Sylvia Hall and Ralph on site. ACTION NEEDED: Need to take repeat samples before any corrective action to confirm a true positive. If the repeat sample is negative, take five routine samples the following month. If any samples are positive for coliform only - chlorinate the system. Additional special samples are recommended to verify the results of your corrective action. The following month 5 routine samples are required.
