| Details: | SUMMARY: Response to LCR excursion sample period 7/1/08 and received on 9/9/08 DETAILS: Gregg stated that the caustic soda level in the tank got too low and the pump lost prime. I recommended that Gregg check the level of caustic soda on a more regular basis and ensure that the level never goes below the level where the pump would loose prime. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
