| Details: | SUMMARY: Reviewed sanitary survey procedures and water treatment issues DETAILS: We reviewed sanitary survey procedures because Grant Co health department staff have scheduled the water system survey. We reviewed sample schedules and water treatment operations. Note that chlorination treatment is for residual maintenance or taste and odor control (Well 3), not disinfection. And, chemical sampling schedules are based on wellfield designation with EP-D Well 4 as the designated sample location. ACTION NEEDED: DWP sent to City: coliform sampling plan form, list of significant deficiencies, and operator protocol form. DWP designated chlorination as residual maintenance for sources except EP-C (Well 3) which was designated taste and odor control. | ||
