Details:	SUMMARY: alert-total coliform DETAILS: Spoke with Elmer on 9/18/08, he was taking his four repeat samples that day and didnt know why the original routine dated 9/16/08 was present for total coliform. The four repeats were absent. No more action is required, other than taking 5 routines the following month. ACTION NEEDED: five routines in Oct 2008.
