| Details: | SUMMARY: positive RP sample - MCL violation DETAILS: I spoke with Lucille and the location of the positive sample was the location last week where it was negative. I told her the water system now has a MCL violation. She has asked if she needed any more samples. I told her we would wait until November. I told her I would call and also send her public notice information. 11/7/08 - Spoke with Margaret (Lucilles daughter). I recapped the chlorination procedures Gary had discussed with them. I told her I will be sending the PN information out that day. ACTION NEEDED: Chlorinate the system then take 5 RT samples - wait and see what results are for further action | ||
