Details: SUMMARY: M/R violation for NO3 2007 DETAILS: 5/22/08 visited RV park and talked to tom re: reporting violation. He said the test had been taken but was under the assumption that the lab had been reporting the results. He later faxed the results to our office and said he would also forward them to the state. ACTION NEEDED: Submit results to the state directly.
