Determined that compliance had not been achieved and because of this license is now revoked. License would only be re-instated after showing DWP requirements have been met in conjunction with by paying any applicable licensing fees. ACTION NEEDED: Klaas was urged to meet compliance ASAP as operating a water system inappropriately made the operator subject to DHS penalties. | ||
