| Details: | SUMMARY: Non reporting of coliform bacteria biolation and general requirements of PWS DETAILS: I met with Mr. Singh the new owner of the Pinecone Restaurant on 6/5/08 to discuss non reporting and her was not aware of the PWS status and his requirements to M/R chemicals and TC. I met with Mr. Singh at the Linn County Courthouse to go over the requirements of transient systems and exchange contact info. ACTION NEEDED: TC monitored on 6/12/08 and reported on 6/26/08. Violation corrected. | ||
