| Details: | SUMMARY: TC Positive Alert Response DETAILS: Spoke with Deven regarding the TC positive result from the sample collected 11/5/08. There was a chlorine residual at the time, Deven suspects a sampling error. I reminded him to write down the residual on the lab slip when the sample is colected. Deven will collect four repeat samples on Wednesday when Magic Valley Lab comes through. ACTION NEEDED: PWS to collect four repeat samples, five routine samples in December, further action will be based on those results. | ||
