| Details: | SUMMARY: ERP Proof of Completion Received DETAILS: Putting the ERP completion certificate in file. During the WSS, I verbally ran through the ERP contents/checklists with Joe. Emergency numbers already posted. If no water or power (or if Joe is out of town), they simply close the restaurant. He has never had to shock chlorinate the well-- we did sample calculations. We also completed the Coliform Sampling Plan. ACTION NEEDED: None | ||
