| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation for non reporting TC for 2nd quarter 2008 DETAILS: John informed me that the sample was N/R on 6/19/08 but was accidentally labeled as a special sample. He will contact the lab and have them change the sample type and resubmit it to the state. ACTION NEEDED: Sample was apparently not changed to a routine sample after repeated requests to do so but TC was M/R twice in July 2008 and once in August 2008. Violation resolved. | ||
